Funerals

After the death of a loved one, families first make contact with a local
funeral home. The funeral home then contacts St. Timothy's for
scheduling details. When the wake services and funeral mass have been
scheduled, you will be contacted by the staff of St. Timothy's. This
usually includes a visit from our priest and a phone call or visit from
Colleen Campion, our liturgy director. We will help you plan the
readings, prayers, music and program for the funeral mass. A minister
from our church will also lead a prayer service during the wake. Our
parish also offers hospitality (refreshments) after the funeral in the church
hall for those who are interested.
