Disciples in Mission is the Pastoral Plan promulgated by Cardinal Seán O’Malley in 2012 based on the recommendations of the Archdiocesan Pastoral Planning Commission.  It is designed to meet the needs and challenges facing the Church in today's world.  It includes every parish in the Archdiocese and is expected to be completed in 2023 in eleven phases.  St. Timothy Parish entered the process as part of Phase Five in June 2017.  Phase Five involves twelve parishes forming nine collaboratives.  For more information, please read through the following links and information.
